- Complete the application and save the file locally.
Applications are Excel documents. - Complete the STBG/CMAQ/SNK/TA Submission Form on this page and submit the appropriate documents and application
- A confirmation email, with attachments of your uploaded files, will be sent to the Contact Email address

Applications
STBG/CMAQ/SNK Roadway
Ohio Surface Transportation Block Grant or Kentucky Surface Transportation Block Grant for Northern Kentucky (SNK) Roadway Projects.
STBG/CMAQ/SNK Freight
Ohio Surface Transportation Block Grant or Kentucky Surface Transportation Block Grant for Northern Kentucky (SNK) Freight-Related Projects such as infrastructure at intermodal facilities.
STBG/CMAQ/SNK Bicycle-Pedestrian
Ohio Surface Transportation Block Grant or Kentucky Surface Transportation Block Grant for Northern Kentucky (SNK) Bicycle-Pedestrian Projects such as multi-use paths and sidewalks. Bicycle-Pedestrian projects requesting $1,000,000 or less in Ohio, or $650,000 or less in Kentucky, should use the application for Transportation Alternatives (TA) funding.
STBG/CMAQ/SNK Transit
Ohio Surface Transportation Block Grant or Kentucky Surface Transportation Block Grant for Northern Kentucky (SNK) Transit Projects such as bus purchases or transit facilities.
TA Infrastructure
These funds can be used be for on and off road pedestrian and bicycle facilities, infrastructure projects for improving non-drive access to public transportation and enhanced mobility
